The Mental Health Toolkit may be used by any general practice in the UK. The resources it provides can be used by healthcare professionals to support their assessments and enhance their knowledge and care of patients. Patients, carers, and GPs concerned about their own mental health, may also find the toolkit useful.

The results of our practice safety culture survey (SCORE -Safety, Communication, Operational Reliability and Engagement) showed opportunity to improve teamworking within the practice. A review of the literature suggested that Huddles would support this.

On 2 May 2014 representatives of all of the GP Practices in Exeter met to approve the formation of Exeter Primary Care (EPC). A GP Provider Organisation, owned by the Practices, that will enable us to compete for any primary care services that the commissioners decide to put out to tender.



Devon Doctors Ltd and its subsidiaries Access Health and Access Dental are social enterprises. We exist to benefit the communities we serve. We’re run by healthcare professionals, owned by GP practices, and don’t have any stakeholders. Any profits we might make are used to improve our services.
